What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. Returns and refunds won't be accepted. In case the item you received arrives damaged, please take close photos of the damaged part(s) within 2 days of its delivery, and send them to us via e-mail. In the event of damaged items, replacement or refunds are possible after thorough examination is conducted. (Shipping is non-refundable).
Do lost items qualify for a refund?
If your item has not arrived to you in about 1 month, it's considered lost. However, this scenario is very unlikely. But, in the chances that this does happen, we are not responsible for your item and cannot offer you a refund. You can do further investigation yourself on how you might be able to retrieve and find your lost package. If you purchased insurance, however, you can go to the post office, claim you have not received it and is lost, and they will refund you back your money.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International customers packages take somewhere around 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
I accidently gave you the wrong shipping address! Is there any way you can fix it?
If we have not yet sent out the item or printed out the shipping label for your item, then yes! E-mail us with your new address immidiately. However, if the item has already been shipped, we are sorry to say that we cannot do anything to resolve the issue anymore. You will have to retrieve your package by yourself. PLEASE make sure you check the address before confirming payment!
Are all your products 100% Authentic Japanese-Made items?
Yes! We cannot stand Chinese knock-offs and bootlegs! Cupcakes&Anime! only provides the best and authentic items for you.
Are all your products new?
Yes. All our items are ALL 100% NEW, unused, unopened, undamaged and inside its original packaging (where packaging is applicable), unless otherwise stated.
What shipping method should I choose? Which one is best and fits my needs?
All packages with money value over $55+ are highly recommended to purchase shipping that includes insurance and/or delivery confirmation/tracking. However, it is not required.
<b>About Delivery Confirmation/Tracking:</b> Delivery confirmation allows you to track your package at any time and insures that you have received your item.
<b>About Insurance:</b> The purchase of insurance allows you to receive your money back if the package was lost or severely damaged in transit.
<b>About Registered Mail:</b> allows you to track your package at any time and insures that you have received your item.
We are NOT responsible for lost packages. Please choose a shipping method at your own risk. In order to feel comfort and security on receiving your item, it's <i>highly recommended</i> that you buy Delivery Confirmation and/or Insurance.

I offer item reservations for a small 2 USD fee to those who ask. You may reserve an item for a maximum of 1 week.
How do Pre-orders work?
An item will be put up for pre-order with a set deadline to pre-order the item. Pre-orders take about 2-3 weeks to arrive to us before they can be shipped out to you. Pre-orders cover the shipping price.
