• Shipping

  All bags are made to order, and take approximately 12 days to deliver. This may vary according to production schedules. We will notify you of approximate delivery time at the time of your enquiry or confirmed order. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Each bag is carefully packaged and we make sure it is in perfect condition before sending. We accept returns or exchange on goods within 5 days of receipt. Bags must be in original condition and must not have been altered or worn. Once we receive the bag, it will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new bag (for exchange) or refund. You will be notified by email.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
