• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once order ships, all sales are final.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! We do ship outside of the US. Shipping prices to Canada are offered during the checkout process. If you would like to order from anywhere besides the US or Canada, please send me a message and I will get back to you with a shipping price.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  The Idea Boxes are made fairly quick...within 1-2 days. Standard shipping within the US can take anywhere from 2-10 business days.

• What is the cost for shipping?

  We use the USPS for all of our shipping. Delivery Confirmation is placed on every package we mail. US Standard shipping is $4.50 for the first box and $2.50 for each additional box. CANADA Standard Shipping: $9.25 for the first box and $3.50 for each additional box.
