• What payment method do you accept ?

  We currently accept most major credit cards through PayPal . Payment must be submitted within 3 days if it exceeds the order may be deleted. Please note that if you are paying via PayPal with an e-Check payment (an electronic debit from your checking account), it takes 4-6 business days for payment to clear for orders in the US and 10-14 business days for international payments to clear. PayPal does not release the funds to us until after your payment has cleared. Your package will not be shipped until we receive the cleared payment from PayPal. PayPal payments are made via your specific method, either a credit card on file or a bank transfer. Credit Card transactions are immediate, while bank drafts take 7-10 days to clear. We only ship once these clear.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  It generally takes 7 – 21 days for your item to arrive depending on the destination but might take a little longer if the package is inspected by the Customs and/or delay in your local postal. ** Shipping duration : Canada : 20 - 30 business days (Times depend on Canada Customs.) USA : 14 - 28 business days (Times depend on US Customs.) Europe : 10 - 14 business days (Times depend on Customs.) Asia & Oceania : 7 - 10 business days (Times depend on Customs.) These are estimated delivery times only and vary by location. Delays in passing through customs can greatly increase delivery times. (These approximate delivery times do not apply to shipments to GERMANY and ITALY. • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Return Policy : If you are not satisfied with the merchandise. You can return it for a refund (Shipping cost is not refundable) if it unopened and still in original packaging within 10 days of receiving. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
