• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All items are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange unworn items for item(s) of same value. You have up to 7 days after receipt of item to exchange. Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How are shipping rates calculated?

  Every order ships via the USPS using their Flat Rate Priority Mail service. All items ordered will ship in one box and you will be charged one shipping fee per order. Orders of over 10 items will have an additional shipping charge. Email customer service prior to placing large orders. If it fits in a Small Flat Rate box, it ships for $5 within the US and $14 everywhere else.

• Can I send items as a gift?

  Yes, you definitely can! If you want to send a gift order email customer service prior to placing the order. Include what you wish to purchase and the message you want to send to the recipient. Gift orders are shipped in gift packaging and the packing slip will not include the prices.

• Why don't my items look exactly like the ones pictured?

  Each and every item is hand made from raw materials therefore there will be slight differences in each item. They are carefully constructed with quality. Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact customer service.
