• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. American Apparel shirts, which are the one's used by Unleash Studio, usually run small, so we recommend you getting a larger size than you usually are. Shirts will shrink a bit too, so keep this in mind when ordering your T's.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we ship using international USPS shipping.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 to 3 weeks. During the holidays *Starting DECEMBER 19th* orders will take 2 weeks to get anywhere in the US.

• Can I track my order?

  You should receive an email, once your order is placed and shipped. This is sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process. There is a delivery confirmation number for US orders that Unleash will have so we know when you have received it.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buyers">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.

• I am having problems with Paypal but I want a shirt...

  At Unleash Studio, we want to make you as happy as possible and we want you to wear our shirts because we know you will rock them out!! So if you have any problems, maybe we can discuss by email another option to get it to you. Email : mrivera@unleashstudio.com
