• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns will be process after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed. Please send a prepaid envelop or money order for $4.50 to exchange for another size. If you send insufficient postage an exchange cannot be made. All returns must have a return label on the package with a RMA number. To process your return and receive an RMA number email maria@riseupinternational.com . We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns. Once an RMA is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately. Domestic packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RMA was created. International packages need to be received within 3 weeks of the date the RMA was created. You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes bargain items. Items bought at 40% off or over are eligible only for exchanges, unless noted in the product description. No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Rise Up / Bonnie Dune will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
