• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yep! Orders placed anywhere Worldwide are accepted!

• Can I make a reservation?

  Yes, we can reserve items for you. However, we will only be able to reserve your items for a maximum of 3 days. In other words, you will have up to 2 days to purchase the items you requested for. *If payment is not received within the 3 days, a temporary suspension will occur. This suspension will not allow you to place a reservation for another week. We ask for your kind understanding.

• Can you buy something for me?

  *Unfortunately, this option isn't available at this time* We're looking to making this option available in the near future as soon as we've come up with a plan & schedule. ♥We ask you kindly to not request for any errands. Thank you!♥

• Are cash payments accepted?

  We've decided to cancel this option due to a high number of failed transactions. We may or may not bring this option back again. We ask for your kind understanding.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. *Any domestic orders will be shipped First Class, and can take anywhere from 2-7 days. In most cases 2-3. But try to be flexible (^_^;)!! *Any International orders will be shipped via Regular Air Mail (not registered) and can take several weeks to arrive. If you would like your order registered, be sure to add the registered air mail tracking to your order [[Registered Mail simply adds a tracking number to your package]].

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If item arrives damaged or the item isn't exactly as described, the recipient has up to 7 days upon delivery to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange (if applicable). *FULL REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE ITEM IS IN OUR POSSESSION AND SHOWS THAT IT HASN'T BEEN TAMPERED WITH. IN SOME CASES, WE MAY REQUIRE THE BUYER TO PROVIDE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE ITEM IF IT ISN'T IN THE CONDITION WE'VE DESCRIBED. *The buyer is responsible for all charges when returning/exchanging merchandise. *We are not responsible for damages to the merchandise caused by improper use at home once item is in the recipients hands. *Items will be thoroughly checked & packaged well before shipment to help prevent any unwanted damages. ♥Rest assured that our products are handled with excellent care♥
