What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If your product is damaged during shipping we require that you contact within 24 hours of receiving the product, and request product photos. You will then have the option to receive a replacement product, shop credit, or refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your product and want to request a refund contact us within 7 business days of your order to receive a full refund, and we ask that you return the product at your expense.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your products will be shipped via USPS, unless otherwise noted, within 3-5 business days. Custom pieces will most likely take longer, but this will be discussed when you place the order. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a message from us letting you know. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
How do things work for Custom Items?
With custom items, a set of product photos will be sent prior to shipping for your approval. Once you have approved the item, it will be shipped. There are no returns on custom items.
What Payment Types do you Accept?
We only accept PayPal at this time. If you need to cancel your order, we request you inform us within 48 hours of the order placed. If the product has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, unless approval and other arrangements have been made.
