• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from a local address. No factories or warehouses in the mix.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Unfortunately, there are no cash refunds. However, if there's a problem with your order, such as size, color, or something similar, we'll be glad to change it out with another item.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How are the items made?

  All items and accessories are home made, with materials bought from local fabric stores.
