• Where does this store ship from?

  All orders are made and shipped from Grants Pass, OR.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Can I order online without shipping & pick it up instead?

  Yes you can! I have made a special code for the customers that live near to me (or can meet me in Grants Pass, OR for hand delivery). Just use the code "shoplocal" at check out to remove shipping charges. After the order is done, I will contact you through email or calling to set up a pick-up/delivery time.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Do to these items all being handmade, there is no set up return process for them. Although I do want all my customers to be very happy with their purchase. Please make sure you ask me any questions before purchase if there are any concerns or item changes needed.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!
