• Where does this store ship from?

  All items ship from Hong Kong We're just getting started so please bear with us, as we are a new company and are trying to get our bearings.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final on Virgin Hair. Clothing & Accessories can be returned for a store credit and or exchange within 5 business days of receipt of the item. The item must be NEW, with the tags attached, and must have NO SIGNS of wear or the item will be returned to the buyer and their refund and or exchange will be forfeited. -Buyer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Chic Couture Boutique -Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. -We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows any signs of wear.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Besides the United States We also ship to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Canada, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Japan, Norway, Mexico, Spain, South Africa,Sweden, and Taiwan All prices on the website are in US Dollars International shipping cost is: $20.00

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders shipped via USPS! Please allow 10 business days to receive your package for all domestic orders. This policy goes for Virgin Hair orders as well. **Pre-Order 1 week in advance if you need the virgin hair by a specific date** International orders will ship within 3 business days and will arrive in an average of 2 weeks from date of shipment. **Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via the email address from which the payment was made.**

• What sizes do you carry?

  All of our clothes are Small, Medium, Large with a few X-Large! We are working with vendors to provide clothes in Plus Sizes!
