• Where does this store ship from?

  All items ship from the comfort of my own home in Durham, North Carolina USA. All items are packaged with utmost care and ready for gift giving!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We love our customers and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there are any issues or concerns, please contact us immediately for return authorization. We will gladly exchange for an item of the same value or issue a store credit. No refunds on shipping. All returns must be unused and returned with 2 weeks of delivery. All issues are handled on a case by case basis.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
