• Where does this store ship from?

  All items are shipped out from Melbourne, Australia.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Items can be returned for a refund only if grossly not as described or faulty. Sorry no refunds on health and beauty products. I accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Australian orders are posted via Registered Post with a tracking number and generally take 2-6 business days to arrive. International orders are shipped via Regular Airmail (can be registered on request for a fee) and take 5-14 business days to be delivered depending on the efficiency of your your country's postal service. Please allow up to 21 business days for international parcels to be delivered before contacting me.

• Are you a store and do you have other sizes/colours?

  No I'm not, I just have too many clothes. All items are pieces from my personal wardrobe and as such I only have the size/colour listed.
