• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If for some reason you receive your order and it is DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE, email us with a photo of the product and we will gladly exchange it for a brand new item. On ready to ship items, refunds will be granted less the cost of shipping, within 30 days.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Once we receive your order and payment we will begin working immediately. Depending on the amount of orders ahead of you, we can finish in 24 hours or a week, but never more than a week unless otherwise noted at time of order. Give us your email address and we can keep you updated on your order!

• How Do I Place An Order?

  Pick the item you want out and add it to your cart. In your notes section let us know the color scheme/fabric choice and if applicable, the name/phrase you'd like on your item. Once we receive this information we will confirm via the email address given on paypal (or add a different one in the notes section). If you see a promotion on our facebook page such as buy 1 get one free, only place **ONE** item in your cart and proceed to check out. Let us know in your notes section that you are taking advantage of that sale and proceed with checking out like mentioned above.
