• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  These are hand cast items. As such there may be small imperfections, this is normal. If you have an issue such as breakage or shipping damage please contact us upon receipt of the items.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We have 3 shipping tiers, US, Canada and Mexico, and everywhere else.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. All orders ship out within 1 - 2 weeks of ordering.
