• Where does this store ship from?

• How do I pay?

  All payments must be made through PayPal within 4 days of purchase unless you have made other arrangements with me prior. If payment is not made by this time, the sale will be canceled and the item may be sold to another party.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  My jewelry is durable and made to withstand many years of normal wear and tear. However, if for some reason your piece breaks due to flaws in the craftsmanship, I will happily repair it. I am not responsible for mistreated, lost or stolen jewelry. Please take care of your jewelry. I take great pride in producing it. :) If you are completely unhappy with your purchase, I will honor returns within 7 days from purchase. *Please note that if you need an item repaired or returned, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees. The jewelry should be mailed in a box inside a padded envelope with plenty of protective padding. I will not be liable for damage to the jewelry due to poor packaging nor if it is lost or stolen in shipping.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All jewelry is shipped USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Items will be shipped a maximum of 4-5 days from time of purchase. Please allow slightly longer during the busy Christmas season. Orders over $200 will be sent insured, but with no extra charge. I am not responsible for items missing, stolen or damaged during shipping. If you would like insurance on your purchase under $200, please email me and let me know prior to purchase. I will be happy to insure it, but please note that the shipping price will reflect the cost of insurance.
