• Where does this store ship from?

  California, so the closer to CA you live, the sooner your package will get to you :)

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No returns/exchanges, sorry! Unless the item gets to you broken/damaged and you send me a picture via email I can't be responsible for your change of taste.

• Can you get me a tracking number?

  Yes, of course I'll purchase one for you! But please leave it as a note WHILE making your purchase, otherwise it'll be too late. DO NOT email me after your purchase, because chances are that by then your order is already shipped out. When we have items in stock we ship them out a couple hours after receiving the order, to increase shipping speed. Also, tracking can only be purchased for people who live within the USA. International tracking numbers cost 40$.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  YES! I ship worldwide. Just be patient with the shipping time. International orders ALWAYS take over 2 weeks to arrive.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks.

• Can I get a tracking number if I live outside of the USA?

  No, you cannot. I'm sorry about that. Tracking numbers for outside of the USA cost an additional $40. If you want to pay that amount, then sure :)
