• Where does this store ship from?

  The Raven Stone is based in England UK & has been selling quality sterling silver jewelery since 2008

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  ‘The Raven Stone’ Returns Policy: If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item(s) please email us ASAP and we will endeavour to resolve any issues, and if necessary arrange with you for the return of the item to us within 7 days . The customer is responsible for returning Item(s) both physically and financially. Goods are to be returned in an unused state & in their original packaging (where appropriate).

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Delivery schedule: We will try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Items will be despatched Via Royal Mail within one working day where possible, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. We will email you to let you know when you order has been dispatched. For Items lost or damaged in the post we will liaise with Royal mail for financial renumeration. Please be aware that we can only refund you the customer when this has been processed, this stage can take several weeks for Royal Mail to authorise. We will keep you informed of all relevant correspondence in this event.
