• How Good Is The Quality Of Your Items?

  We cannot guarantee that the quality of what you may buy is perfect. We don't make our products, as many people do ask. Unless we do, we can guarantee you that they will be top-notch quality! So if your product does have some flaws, we are terribly sorry, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. ):

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We do not refund or exchange orders.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• My package hasn't come yet!

  Please wait a signaficant amount of time for your order to arrive. We are located in Canada, and most of our orders are international. So please wait for 2-12 weeks for your order. If it does not come after 12 weeks, we cannot do anything, except show you the shipping receipt , and tracking does not come with standard shipping. Additional charges will have to be made for shipping with a tracking number. We are sorry that the package is lost,but once again we are not responsible for it not arriving, it is shipped via Canada Post.
