• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Items may not be returned or exchanged. Refunds will only be given for circumstances in which the store has made a mistake.

• Where does this store ship from?

  Southern California.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Shipping can take between 2-5 business days. If it is outside the U.S. it can range from 1-3 weeks.

• How much is shipping?

  For the U.S., shipping starts at $2.00 and increases $0.25 with every additional item. International starts at $8.00 and increases $0.50 with additional items.

• Can I make a custom order?

  Most of the time, yes! If you're interested in a custom bow order just contact me with all the details (i.e. pattern, size, date needed, etc.) and I'll let you know if I am able to make it.

• What if I haven't received my order?

  All U.S. orders come with delivery confirmation, so we'll be able to track everywhere the package goes. If it is international and it hasn't arrived after 2 months, then you may choose from a refund or for your order to be sent again.
