• Where does this store ship from?

  We are located Hiroshima prefecture JAPAN, the land of Anime, Jpop, Gyaru, beautiful nature and nice people.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You may request for the refund, if the item you receive is not what you ordered.

• How can I trace my order?

  If you choose EMS shipping method, we will inform you the tracking code when we ship out your order. If you choose SAL or AIRMAIL, please add this=> http://shop.buyjapanese.jp/products/395981-tracking-number in your shopping cart. It's the option for tracking code. If you add the tracking code in your shopping cart, we will inform you the tracking code when we ship out your order.

• What happens when an item is out-of-stock?

  When an item is out-of-stock, it takes between a few days to a week for us to get ready to ship. We will notify you once the item is in stock again and ship out as soon as possible.　If the wholesaler is out-of stock, we will cancel your order and refund your money.

• Could you explain shipping options?

  Available shipping methods are EMS, Airmail and SAL. EMS takes about 4 to 8 days, insured and trackable. It's most reliable. Airmail takes about 7 to 10 days, not insured and not trackable. SAL takes about 2 to 5 weeks, not insured and not trackable, but it's cheap. All delivery time is estimate. It may change, because of natural disasters, strike, where you live, etc. PS. • Who is paying for "Import duty and custom tax"?

  The buyer is responsible for all "Import duty and custom tax".

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We ship all our products from Japan. We can ship almost anywhere in the world. If we can't ship your country, we will cancel your order and refund your money.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  As long as we are not out of stocks, it generally takes only 1 or 2 business day for us to ship out the order. We ship everyday except Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese National holidays and our corporate holidays. If you choose EMS, with tracking and insurance, to ship your order, it takes about 4 to 8 days to arrive your country. If you choose AIRMAIL, without tracking not insured, it takes about 7 to 10 days. SAL, without tracking not insured, to ship your order, it takes about 2 to 5 weeks to arrive.

• My package (or parcel) is damaged and I think my item inside may be damaged as well, what should I do?

  First of all, please take photos of your damaged package (or parcel) before you open it. Then after you open the package (or parcel) , please take photos of your damaged item(s) (if it's damaged.) Send us these photos with your name and order number. If you choose to ship by EMS or registered airmail or registered SAL, you are products are covered by insurance and you will get refund. *Please note that BUY JAPANESE is not liable for any loss or damage during shipping without tracking. In order to protect you item more, please add tracking number or choose EMS.

• Don't have a PayPal account, how can I pay?

  We can accept "International Postal Money Order". It's only issued at post office. It's Not the money order you get at banks nor western union. It costs 4.45USD and you have to send it to us in Japan.
