• Where does this store ship from?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please allow 2 weeks for your product to be made and shipped. I do take rush orders for an additional fee. If you would like a rush order or there is a specific date you need your order by please email me so that we can make the proper arrangements. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! My payment system is set up to charge you the correct shipping cost based on where you want your packaged shipped to. So, just proceed with your order and rest assured that you will be charged correctly.

• What method of payment can I use?

  Storenvy & all of its sellers use PayPal to accept payment. This enables you to add multiple items to your cart and checkout one time. Because this is a very new technology, you must have a Paypal account in order to checkout. You will be prompted to login to your current Paypal account or register for one before completing your checkout.

• Do I have to use PayPal?

  Yes. Paypal is the only supported payment option at this time. Paypal's payment system allows shoppers to buy items from multiple stores with just one checkout, simplifying your checkout experience.

• How will my order be packaged?

  All orders are shipped in a gift box with appropriate padding to help them keep their shape. I feel this is the best way for your products to get to you unharmed.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We try our best to represent our product with excellent pictures and descriptions. Lighting and computer monitors can have an effect on color tones. All pictures are taken with natural light to represent the color most accurately. If, however, you feel you need to send your order back please send an email so we can work something out. Arrangements to return/exchange an item must be made within two weeks of the customer receiving their order. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item in new condition. Only cost of item will be refunded. In the event of a return/exchange the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and refunds will not include shipping.
