Where does this store ship from?
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
In the event you receive an unsatisfactory candle due to manufacturing, you must contact us immediately. You must provide us with your order number that is listed on your invoice. We will then send you a return authorization number.
Once you receive the number, promptly & carefully repackage your items and send them back to us within 10 days of purchase. When we receive your returned items we will then inspect them and reimburse payment.
Maple Creek Candles does not pay ANY shipping & handling on returned items. We do not refund monies or make exchanges if a candle scent is not to your liking. If you are unsure of a particular scent, please order a sample size first before purchasing a large quantity of a certain scent.
All cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking and transaction fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
