• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We try our best to represent our product with excellent pictures and descriptions. Lighting and computer monitors can have an effect on color tones. If, however, you feel you need to send your order back please send an email so we can work something out. Arrangements to return/exchange an item must be made within two weeks of the customer receiving their order. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item in new condition. Only cost of item will be refunded. In the event of a return/exchange the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and refunds will not include shipping.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All items are custom made per order and ship 2 - 3 weeks after purchase. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
