Where does this store ship from?
We are based in New York City. All items ship in-house from our office.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We are happy to accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase and a refund for the purchased price will be issued.
**Please do not return an item without communicating with us prior. (Please see below for Return Policy)
**Returns will only be accepted if all original packaging (tags and/or label stickers) is returned in the same original condition in which it was received. We strongly suggest that items be returned with insurance and delivery confirmation.
**Please be advised that NO RETURNS ARE GIVEN IF TAGS ARE REMOVED. (This will only apply to merchandise that has been sent with a tag and/or label sticker)

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
WHAT can be returned?
All products are refundable IF the product is in the same condition as it was purchased. I.e. stain-free, not worn or torn. All items are inspected BEFORE they are shipped out. Original packaging also includes the product packaging such as the plastic bags in which they were sent.
HOW do customers return items?
Contact us via email or by phone to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION SHIPPING form for returns. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. It is refundable.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
No later than 14 days after purchase.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Not to worry, we are real, and have a location, however, it is a home based smoke free business. The return address will be specified on the Return Authorization Shipping form.
CREDIT for returns?
Your PayPal account will be refunded once the item is received and inspected.
Do you offer even exchanges?
Yes. If the product you've ordered is still available in a different size, you can exchange it. Should you show in interest in another product, simply email us with your choice and size. Once the original product you've ordered is received, we will then ship out your exchange. Note: if your exchange requires a credit, it will be applyed to your paypal. If your exchange shows a balance our paypal information will be sent to you for payment. Once the payment of the balance is received, we will ship your exhange.

We do not have an In Store. However, we are working on it! =)
