• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Customer has 7 days after receiving the product(s) to contact us. Then, the customer has another 14 days to send the product back to us. After inspecting the product in question, we will then replace the product with a new item. If we are out stock on that item, we will offer another comparably priced product to exchange it with or refund the customers money. Returned product MUST be in reasonable & sellable shape and ready to sell again if the product is being returned for size reasons.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. However, any deficiencies in shipping funds not charged by the shopping cart will be requested from the customer before Headshot® will send the product(s) ordered.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.
