• Where does this store ship from?

• Are you willing to negotiate prices for secondhand items?

  I am more than willing to see what I can do as far as lowering the price of a secondhand item, however a price change is not guaranteed for any item.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not satisfied with our handmade items we will gladly exchange them for a new item of equal or lesser value or if you would like a refund we can do that too. Unfortunately, ALL secondhand items are FINAL SALE, non-refundable. In the event that you do not receive your item contact us right away and we will try to resolve the issue. However, once the item is shipped, we don't have control of what happens to it. *Keep in mind that if you are looking to exchange you will be responsible for any shipping costs that may be imposed when shipping back to us.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
