• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final upon ordering. If customer needs to make any changes to an existing order, an email can be sent to country_crochet@yahoo.com in order to contact me directly.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. We will ship to overseas military bases.

• How do I know which size hat to purchase?

  Hats are broken down into three sizes: small, medium, and large. Small hats fit most children and medium fits most adults. Large is an option for those who prefer their hat to fit a little more loose.

• How long will it take to finish my item?

  Everything is purchased for the product once the customer places the order, unless otherwise noted. Hats, scarves, hat/scarf sets and stockings only take a few days to finish off, while Granny Square blankets can take up to three weeks. I am a stay at home mom, and we all know how that works out sometimes :) When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email giving the estimated time it will take to finish your product.

• How will I know what colors are available to choose from?

  Any color is up for grabs, but you must be specific when stating a color. If you would like dark blue, then state dark blue. Without being specific on shade of color, the owner holds the right to interpret color choice. I usually use the RedHeart brand yarn, so it would be very easy to find a color specific to that brand.

• How will I know if my item is in stock?

  Most crocheted items are not currently in stock and as of right now are made as they are ordered. Everything else that is for sale is ready to go!
