• How long will it take to receive my order?

  U.S. Orders are typically, 2-4 business days but, can take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on where you are located. ***Canada/International: Average 10 to 20 business days.

• How will I know my order has shipped?

  You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order has shipped.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns accepted within 30 days. There is a 25% Restocking fee on all returns.

• Do I have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase?

  No! A paypal account is not needed to purchase from our store.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No! U.S. and Canada only.

• What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

  The item will be placed on Back Order and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

• What if my product is damaged or defective?

  We will ship you out a replacement at no extra charge to you (Subject to availablility) If the item you purchased is no longer available we will gladly replace it with something else of your choice at the same value.

• How much is shipping?

  All orders are one flat rate and by region. Our focus is to get your orders shipped to you as cheap and as fast as possible. However, shipping is subject to change due to rising fuel charges and fees. ***Any Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer, we will not carry.
