• Where does this store ship from?

  Minnesota, U.S. Local pick up is NOT available.

• Sales Tax for Minnesota Resident?

  Pink Blossom Cosmetics LLC is a registered business in the state of Minnesota. If your mailing/residential address is in MN the sales tax rate is 6.875% which will be included in your total order.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Unfortunately due to the nature of the cosmetic item, sales are final with NO returns or refunds. If you received a defective and/or damaged item please email me within 3 days of receiving your item. If I don't hear from you after 3 days I will be unable to give you a replacement. Please INCLUDE a photo of your defective/damaged item with your email. Once received I will be able to send out a replacement. I value your business and strive to provide great service. I will work with you to get your issues resolved.

• Do you offer Free Samples?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Processing Order: Processed in the order it was received. It will take between 2-7 business days from received payment since items are handmade to order. Once order is processed and ready to be shipped, Paypal will send an email including Delivery Confirmation. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of YOUR local postal service. We ship using USPS First Class Mail. This is a pretty fast service and cost effective. If you would like Priority or Express Mail please send an email BEFORE ordering so a Quote can be provided. INTERNATIONAL shipping: I currently ship through USPS International First Class. This does NOT include a tracking number. Please keep in mind it may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to receive your items. Should you need a faster shipping transit you can purchase for an upgrade to USPS Priority and Express. Priority and Express will include a tracking #. Please send a msg with your country info for a rough estimate shipping cost. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. * Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. ***Overall TURNAROUND TIME will be 2-17 business days. Items will be shipped out M-F excluding major holidays and weekends for domestic orders. *** NOTE: Please keep in mind it's a one woman show. Orders will be processed after 5pm central time.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes we do. See INTERNATIONL shipping info above.

• Do you have a Bloggers/Youtube package?

  Currently we can not afford to discount our product for reviewers with a blog and/or youtube account. We have Samples for a low price, if anyone orders this there will be enough product for a review. PBC hand picks each reviewer who will be doing the product review. We will contact you if needed.

• How are your items packaged?

  Items will be shipped in a bubble mailer to ensure your package arrives undamaged. All products come from a SMOKE/PET/ CHILDREN FREE ENVIRONMENT.

• How much product are in the Full and Sample Sizes?

  Full Size: Multi-purpose minerals comes in a 5 gram sifter jar - Amount of product 1 gram by weight. It will be packed FULL. Full Size will be shrink wrapped. The sifter seal has a pre-sealed label to prevent any leakage during shipment. Some products may settle during transit time. Sample Size: Multi-purpose minerals comes in a clamshell with an approximate 1/8 teaspoon. Sample Sizes will be shrink wrapped to prevent any leakage during shipment.

• Does PBC do any animal testing?

  Quite honestly, PBC is so small ( 1 person show) we can not afford to do animal testing. Even if we could we will not. Testing is only done on the owner and a few willing human friends/family. Note: Some products do contain Carmine. It will be noted on each label ingredient.

• What are the ingredients?

  Each label will include the ingredient list and each product category will include this as well. Please make sure to read the Ingredient list to make sure you're not allergic to it. All my mineral makeup is formulated without harmful ingredients such as bismuth oxychloride or talc which are known to cause allergy/sensitivity problems for some individuals. Also there are no fragrances, oils, dyes, or neon pigments in our mineral line. PBC only use FDA approved cosmetics. Pink Blossom Cosmetics or the owner can not held liable for any reaction to any product or ingredients we offer.

• How do I pay for my order?

  PBC accepts Paypal only. Paypal does accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, & E-check. Your information will not be shared with pbc and check out securely. PBC does NOT accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact PBC and we will assist you in anyway that we can.
