• Where does this store ship from?

  Sugar Pop Dreams ships out of the United States. The boutique is based out of the Atlanta area.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I do not grant refunds or exchanges. Please make sure that you order the item that you want.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. I currently have limited world wide shipping. Please see the list below on "what countries do you ship to?" to make sure I ship to your location. Please note that shipping will be more expensive than if I shipped within the United States.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I currently only use the United State Postal Service [USPS] to ship packages. Generally first class mail takes about 4-7 days to ship from my site to your home. Priority Mail is a guaranteed 3-5 days shipping. International mail takes a bit longer up to 10 business days for Priority and between 1-3 weeks from the time shipped for first class. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ While I ask that you please allow me at least 2-3 weeks to process your order; I generally ship within 3-4 days of receiving payment. I always e-mail when your order ships.

• Can I have insurance and tracking on my package?

  As of February 2013, all US and North American orders are shipped Priority mail which includes tracking. International orders are shipped Priority International mail which includes tracking. Unfortunately this is a bit more expensive outside of the US & Canada.

• Do you take custom orders?

  Yes, I do. I'll accept custom orders for decoden boxes, frames, and hand sculpted rings. I also accept custom orders for artwork. Message me privately, or just wait for the opportunity to purchase a custom option from the store's page.

• Why are the giveaway tickets only available for Canada and the US?

  For now, these are the only two countries that I'm shipping contest prizes to due to prices of shipping. Whoever wins the giveaway won't have to pay shipping on their own and that means that I have to cover it. Therefore, I'm thinking about what I can afford. Future giveaways/contests will likely have a wider shipping range.

• Why do I have to pay for a giveaway ticket if I don't want to make a regular purchase?

  Technically you don't have to enter the giveaway. If you want to enter the giveaway though, I'm charging because the sale of tickets is going back into the store to fund future giveaways, supply costs, and shipping costs for this giveaway. Anyone placing an order on the site gets a free ticket with their order, so I thought it would be fair to charge for tickets.

• I saw on your tumblr that you're going to be doing plus sized clothing. Where is it?

  Plus sized clothing will come a little later as I need to work up to that point. Your support is what keeps the store going and will enable me to be able to expand. For now, I sell shirts and other apparel via the shirt shop which is linked in the shop on the left navigation and can be found at; http://skreened.com/sugarpopdreams I will occasionally be able to update the shop with hand sewn pieces, but I don't expect that to happen until 2013 depending on how well sales go.
