• Where does this store ship from?

  South Korea which has a good shipping system. We guarantee it to be shipped on the airplane heading to your country with a tracking number.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We can provide certificate of postage, but we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced packages. Please check again if your address submitted on Etsy is correct. Also if you ever have lost a package from other country but dont want to pay extra charge for upgraded shipping service, ask the post station to notice you so that you can visit and pick it up yourself. -Important- Please see further informations about the process below at "What is the ordering process like and what do i need to take care of?" Exchange of the item is possible but not recommanded coz you should pay for shipping cost from you to cmmoca studio and also from the studio to your address. Also always you should use registered airmail service for exchange. You may have refund only if the item is defected from the first place, we cannot be responsible for damaged parcel during the delivery process. We check the quality of the item carefully and take pics of each item before shipping, so nobody will have defected item in the most of cases. And it should be still in the package in new condition.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We ship only after the payment is made. If payment is made at once by paypal, please allow 3 - 5 business days to make and prepare the item before delivery. All items will be shipped by 'Registered Airmail'. You can trace where it is in Korea, after it is out of Korea and shipped to your country, you can contact to your post office if the delivery is too late than usual. Even with cheaper shipping service with no registration, we never lost any packages to and from other countries, dont worry. For faster delivery with a tracking number-it means you can trace it for entire process-, upgrade of shipping service is possible with extra charge. You will have tracking number/insurance. It may take 3~5 days from shipping day. Contact us in advance so that we can post a page with upgraded shipping for you to purchase.

• Can i have volume discount?

  We dont give volume discount, BUT, If you buy 5 cmmoca daily organizer or the total price is over $100(excluding the shipping fee) for ONE order, we upgrade your shipping service from Registered Airmail to EMS(Express Mail Service) without extra charge.

• What is the ordering process like and what do i need to take care of?

  - It includes important info for your item, plz read - - we cannot be responsible for problems by NOT reading following info - Here is the typical process. (No.5 is the MOST IMPORTANT) 1. Please check if your address submitted on etsy is correct before ordering. 2. It takes 3~5 business days for the item to be prepared and shipped. 3. After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number. It will take about 1 - 3 weeks until delivery. 4. Here are the sites where you can trace it in South Korea and the US. Choose 'International Registered Item' on the Korean site. http://service.epost.go.kr/trace.RetrieveEmsTraceEngTibco.postal https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action If you are not in the US, please check here to see if you can trace it in your country. http://postoffice.com/ 5. If they show msg on the USPS site as 'Notice Left', it means there was nobody to answer the door so they are keeping it in the post station, they send it back to korea within 30 days. So if you see such msg, you should call 800-ASK-USPS or visit and pick it up, please. In such case, if you don't pick it up, we only resend it after you pay for the shipping fee again on paypal AFTER it is back to Korea. Or we suggest refund EXCLUDING handling charge(including the packaging price-we cannot reuse the package-, Storeenvy fee, paypal fee, transportation to go to the post office only for the item-unless you should wait until our next shipping date for new orders-) AFTER we receive the item. So please DON'T let that happen, show some love to trace it from time to time. Or simply make alarm on your cell or computer as a reminder with the date after 2 weeks from the shipping date, then check on the sites. If you have any questions, feel free to convo us anytime.
