• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final unless there is a discrepancy on our behalf then please contact us at kawaiilove@comcast.net Note that you are responsible for the return postage. Note: Returns are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend you use a recorded service and always include your order number!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We regret to inform you that the United States Postal Service has significantly raised the cost of shipping. Therefore, until we can secure a new shipping method, we can not process international or Canadian orders at this time.

• Do you wholesale?

• When do you ship out?

  At this moment we are only shipping packages out on Tuesday and Friday.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please allow 2 to 3 days to process your order, Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks.

• What if a product is out of stock?

  If there is a product that is out of stock and you would like to see us bring it back in stock please let us know and we will gladly try to get it for you kawaiilove@comcast.net

  Shipping rates are set for Standard First Class Mail, if you would like Priority Shipping please contact us first at kawaiilove@comcast.net International shipping rate is set for Registered Mail which includes a tracking number and Insurance. thank you.
