  All sales are considered final. All refunds or exchanges, if any, are completely under the sole discretion of BATTLEGROUND STUDIO STORE.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  *Please allow 4-6 weeks from date of order. Why this long? Because each art work is meticulously handcrafted and made to order. Domestic orders are shipped using FedEx service. FedEx provides tracking information after the item is shipped. International orders are shipped using USPS. *We cannot be held responsible for the tracking information provided by FedEx or USPS as it may not always be accurate. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive depending on your location.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web.
