• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from the United States Virgin Islands vis U.S Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We only accept returns if there is something wrong with your hot sauce.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  If you order online, we can only accept orders to be shipped in the US. We can ship to Canada, except during the holiday rush. For shipping to Canada, please send us an e-mail to Gcafe@msn.com.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 4 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
