• Do you have a size chart?

• Where does this store ship from?

  Our store is based out of Orlando, Florida but some products are shipped from California or Ohio.

• What kind of T-shirts are your designs printed on?

  All T-shirts are 100% Pre-shrunk Cotton and Standard Weight.

• Can I get a Lightweight, Organic, or Long-Sleve Shirt instead?

  Yes! Please contact me with your request and I will be happy to set up a custom item listing for you! * Additional fees may apply.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders typically take between 3-5 business days to process and ship out. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to products being printed on demand, there is a NO refund policy on any products. If you find that there was an error with your order (Missing items, peeling of a design, ect.), please let me know; But more importantly also contact: service@spreadshirt.com to correct your order. I do not have control over errors in designs once the order has been put through.

• Can I get a design on a tank top, sweatshirt, hoodie, ect.?

  Yes! Please contact me with your request and the desired design and I will make arrangements. ALL designs can be modified for all other clothing styles.

• Do you accept requests for T-Shirt Designs?

  Yes! Please contact me with the details and what you would like. I will do what I can to make the design possible.

• Can I get a particular item in a different color?

  Yes, all the shirts can be purchased in different colors and some designs also be altered. If you would like a design in another color, Please contact me and let me know before placing your order.

• Why does my order appear to arrived from another company?

  Cirque Soul make custom designs and artwork. When an order is place, we process the order through our apparel supplier. It is from that warehouse that all Cirque Soul items are shipped.
