• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No returns or exchanges, all sales are final.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Shipping to the US & Canada is $8 flat rate per order and $20 flat rate to everywhere else!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once your item is monogrammed which generally takes up to 10 business days it will be shipped and most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What if an item I purchase goes on sale after I purchase it?

  If the item goes on sale the same day as you purchase it we will be more than happy to credit you the difference for a future purchase but ALL offers and sales are NOT valid on previous orders.

• Do you monogram greek letters?

  We ABSOLUTELY do and LOVE how it looks! All monogrammed and personalized items can be personalized with your sorority/fraternitys letters instead of your initials just make sure to let us know in the note field at check out.

• Where do I put my initials, thread choice and font?

  There is a blank field for directions at check out and this is where you put your thread, font and initials. We ask that you PLEASE give us your full name for the monogram so that the monogram is in correct order (first, last middle) Otherwise we do not if you have given us your monogram (first last middle) or your intials (first middle last). • I have received my order and my monogram is incorrect

  Check your order form when you ordered the item if you listed your full name in the notefield of check out this was our mistake (it does happen occassionally with the volume we receieve) we will be MORE than happy to correct it. If you only gave initials at check out the error cannot be corrected. This is why we ask you list the full names, it is nearly impossible to distinguish if you have given intials (first middle last) or your monogram (first last middle) so in order for us to monogram it correctly we need your name.
