• Where does this store ship from?

  This store ships from Erie, Pennsylvania. Please note: *Once I have shipped an item, it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for items lost in transit, but will definitely do my best to resolve these types of situations.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  *Because no two items are the same in my shop, I can't offer exchanges at this time. *If you are unsatisfied with the item, a refund will be given if the item is returned within 10 days. Buyer pays return shipping.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However this will require an additional shipping cost.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  ABSOLUTELY!!! Please contact us about custom orders! We'd love to help you transform something.
