• Where does this store ship from?

  We Currently have Three shipping locations Miami, FL Atlanta, GA Detroit, MI

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Refunds & Exchanges We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be exchanged. Please note that if there is an issue with your purchased items you must notify us within 24 hours after the items have been delivered to you. If the issue is a valid one we will exchange your item for another item at the same retail price. However, you will be responsible for all shipping cost. We must receive the items within (7) days after we agree to the exchange and the items must be unworn and in the same condition as when we shipped it. Refunds Refunds are ONLY given if a product is found to be discontinued or order has been cancelled. Otherwise SOPHIE DIONNE COUTURE does NOT accept merchandise refunds.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
