• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All orders have a 30 day return/exchange time frame. If the goods you received are not what you ordered, or if something is damaged or destroyed upon receiving them you are entitled to a full refund or equal exchange. If you request an exchange for items totaling more than the value of the items being exchanged, you must pay the difference. Shipping will be waived under these circumstances. If you simply do not like the goods or quality of the goods and want a refund or exchange, you will have to pay for the shipping back to us and for the new shipping total. When doing a return or exchange you must email us prior to the return or exchange to let us know about the return or exchange. Once you have received the package which will be tracked by the shipping company via tracking number, you have 30 days to return or exchange the item. All items sent back to be returned or exchanged after the 30 day period will not be accepted.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
