• Where does this store ship from?

  We are shipping from Andrew County, Missouri.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You must let me know within 5 days of delivery if you are not happy with the product. I will issues a refund of money paid, buyer pays return shipping of product.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! I have added all countries to the list! Shop on!!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What info do you need for a hand made tutu?

  I need the waist size, how long you would like the tutu, and what colors you would like for tulle and ribbon. I can do up to 4 colors of tulle on one skirt. I do children's tutu's but I can also do adult as well. You can request a quote and I can get with you to get a quote.
