• Where does this store ship from?

  All of my items are shipped from my smoke-free, pet-free home.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the nature of handcrafted gifts, I will only be able to accept returns if I have grossly misrepresented the item. Any item may be returned within 30 days for an exchange of a similar product. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship. If there is a delay, you will be notified immediately and given the option of canceling the order. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
