• Where does this store ship from?

  All products are shipped from Manhattan, Kansas in the United States.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I do not normally accept exchanges or returns, unless the product you bought is 'damaged' (ie - bend in a print, etc). All sales are final. If there is a problem with the condition of your order, feel free to send me an email. Each case is different, but in normal instances if the product is not in the condition it was purchased in, I will issue you a replacement (if one is available) or a refund. Again, feel free to send me an email if you have questions!

• How do I select which stickers I want from some of the sticker packs?

  There are two ways you can let me know which stickers you want: 1. After placing your sticker order (Pokemon Standard Pack, Single Stickers, etc.), simply go to my storefront at http://tae.storenvy.com/ and click on 'Contact'. Please include your name, the sticker pack/order you just placed, and then just list which stickers you'd like! 2. During check out, leave me a note specifying which stickers you'd like! Please note this is only for the stickers or sticker packs that require you to choose which stickers you'd like. Not all require you to do so.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
