  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    Returns: are accepted within 7 days from the order arrives to you (We will know, all packages have delivery confirmation). For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Returns must be received in NEW and UNWORN condition with tags attached and original packing slip. With returns you can only receive a STORE CREDIT only which will issue a credit in the amount of the original sale. International orders must return items by a traceable method in order to insure delivery back to our office. If we do not receive the item, you can NOT be refunded. ***EARRINGS and pierced jewelry can not be returned for sanitary reasons. SALE,VINTAGE items are FINAL sale can not be returned.***

    2-3 Days on normal days. 2-8 Days during major holidays. International: 2-3 weeks and sometimes as long as 45 days depending on your country's customs offices.

  • How to care for my jewelry?

    DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible for any damage YOU cause to your jewelry. Each jewelry piece states it's production metal. Depending on how YOU treat your jewelry ,it can last years or months. The use of fluids (perfume,oils,lotions) on or near the jewelry or on the part of your skin where you wear the jewelry on can produce tarnishing. Simple costume jewelry require the most care: Keep away from oils or waters. Sterling silver,.925 silver,rhodium,silver plated jewelry do require good care however, if it becomes tarnished, it is usually removable by using a simple dry cloth. Sterling silver,.925 and rhodium can interact with water, although I would not recommend it. Gold plated/Brass requires the same amount of care as simple costume jewelry. Since it is not karat gold, it will and can tarnish over time.However if you are careful it can stay looking beautiful for a very long time. Stainless Steel (coming soon): Is the most durable of all. You can dip it in water,grease,oil pretty much anything and it will look the same as the day you purchased. Thats why its called "stainless". Just treat your jewelry with care and it will treat you back with its beauty.If it seems like a bad idea, don't do it.
  • What does out-of-stock mean? What does sold out mean?

    Out of Stock means that the item isn't available but will be available again at a later date. Sold out means the item is out of stock permanently and will never be restocked.
  • How to order internationally?

    I have now re-opened international shipping. But here are the rules, you must email us (laronje@gmail.com) with what you would like to purchase, including color,quantity and name of the item. An invoice will then be produced and sent to you to pay. DO NOT ORDER HERE, SEND AN EMAIL... I REPEAT PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL first! Shipping Price: Between $10-20** depending on the weight of the item. This includes insurance! Import/Tax Duties :We are NOT responsible for the import tax and duties applied by YOUR country. So beware if there is a tax when you receive your package. Package time arrival: International orders will be sent once a week on Mondays/Tuesdays so please get your orders in if you want them at a certain time. REPEAT AGAIN! INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE MADE BY INVOICE! YOU MUST CONTACT US (laronje@gmail.com) WITH THE ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY. No, international shipping isn't $100 dollars. But its the only way to block international orders from happening without an invoice.

    USA: If you have not received your package in one week please email me. Note that there is a delivery confirmation with a tracking number so we are aware of where every package is. Other countries: If you have not received your package in 3 weeks, please email us. It may be possible that the package is being held up in customs or just on its way. However, we do like to make a note of it just in case we have to file an insurance claim or contact the postal service to put trackers on the package.
