• Where does this store ship from?

  All orders are shipped from Maryland, USA.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We treat returns in a case-by-case basis, please contact us at shouri@springiette.net with your problem! (Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course we do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What shipping services do you use?

  We ship everything through USPS. Orders don't come with tracking number, however it is possible to track international packages with the order number we provide you.

• When do you ship out your orders?

  We ship on Monday! You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your order is shipped.

• How can I track my package after it was shipped?

  All orders come with USPS' Track & Confirm, so you can keep tabs on your package after we ship it. Just go to <a href="https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction" target="_blank">this page</a> and place the number we send you in our Shipping confirmation e-mail!

• Who ships out these items? Can I get them personalized?

  All items are shipped out by the real Agent Pirate, as shipping from my location (Argentina) would make shipping costs too expensive for customers. Item personalization is not available except in special cases such as pre-orders or special sales.

• What is Fragile?

  Fragile is a free online comic which updates Tuesdays & Thursdays! Four friends embark on their final year of school. Jess & Karen can't wait to start their musical career, and Steph has a promising future in fashion & design. Marian, on the other hand, can barely decide what she'll have for breakfast. And suddenly, a new girl arrives in town, who will change the way they see the world. Can a single photograph awaken Marian's own dream in life? A journey in self-discovery awaits, not only Marian, but all her friends as well.

• What is Springiette?

  Springiette is a free online comic which updates Mondays & Wednesdays! This four vertical panel (known as Yon-koma) comic tells the stories of Chop Chop Ninja Doom, the ninja with an unhealthy obsession with potato chips, & Chocobanana Sofuto, the former olympic swimmer who is obsessed with cleaning. Together with their pets, Boo & Sushi, they'll spread love all over the world!
