What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We divide hours worked on most projects by the amount paid and refund the difference.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Absolutely! We provide services in English and can utilize translation tools to collaborate with International clients for basic projects. We unfortunately at this time do not design website in other languages without working very closely with you and your team to ensure all translations are correct. We recommend your using a group of testers and readers to double check usage and spellings.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Projects can be turned-around is as little as a few hours to up to 6 weeks depending on the type. Typical turn-a-round for eCommerce websites with inventories of up to 100 items take around 4 weeks or less depending on the platform. We are partnered up and specialize in 3dCart shopping cart software.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal on Storenvy and on both of our websites. As an option, we also offer Google Checkout for use with your Google wallet on-site.
