  I am trying to downsize my closet, and also my immoderate constant cravings for clothes. I’ve been obsessed with clothes and always on a hunt for THE one. I even made it my job. I used to live in France for many years and I’ve been to several countries where I found for myself a good amount of interesting fashion pieces. I kept buying clothes but a lot of them have been staying in my closet without being loved once. Most items in my shop are therefore new with tags. I take extremely good care of my clothes in a non-smoking and pet-free environment and and all items on sale are either brand new or in excellent condition. Shoes are kept in boxes and clothes in suit bags. If you like some thing in this shop please see my other items, I will combine shipping. I also sell my local great finds from countries I've been to, items that I personally love/own and imagine other people would be delighted to buy as gifts for someone they appreciate or for themselves. • Where does this store ship from?

  As I am currently living and working in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, most items will be shipped from Vietnam. Otherwise, all items located in my house in Orange, California are ready to be shipped out by my sister. I ship WORLD WIDE to all PayPal confirmed addresses, every Wednesday and Saturday, so at the latest WITHIN 72 HOURS UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, holidays excluded. By default, all items will be sent registered airmail and you will shortly receive a tracking number of your package. If you want or need the item(s) fast, please contact me beforehand so I could give you a quote for expedited priority shipping (DHL). Besides, if you have any preferred shipping carrier please do let me know and I will ship your purchase by the shipping method you select. Items located in the US to all US confirmed addresses: Buyers of purchases weighted 13 ounces or less can choose between First-Class Mail for $4.80 (cost of packaging included) and Priority Mail from $6.00 depending on the exact weight of the parcel. Please specify your preference at checkout. Otherwise, the default shipping option will be Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Buyers will be responsible for any taxes, duties and customs fees that they may incur, as well as any package rejects due to customs clearance. Please understand that all postal objects sent abroad from Vietnam should be inspected by the local customs before and/or after acceptance so the items in packaging/cellophane may be opened for inspection process and therefore not in “sealed packaging” condition. Once the order is given to the post, the item becomes the post’s responsibility and I am no longer liable. I am not responsible for any packages lost, damaged or delayed while in transit as I have no control over them. Insurance is obligated for purchases over $200. Optional insurance for orders under $200 please add $10. I cannot take responsibility for wrong or undeliverable addresses; buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs in these cases. I do not make profit from shipping fees. All international shipping charges are only estimated. I will refund the difference if you pay more than $2.00 over the actual shipping cost.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I gladly do.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International registered airmails take approx 2 to 5 weeks from the shipping date to arrive, depending on how fast the parcel is released by the local customs. It needs to be signed for at delivery. You will receive a reference number for your mail piece but this postal object may be untraceable on USPS website for since March 2010, members of the Universal Postal Union have agreed that scanning (both out and incoming) packages is not mandatory because the USPS has been downsizing.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. As I am not a business, I can only accept returns if there is an error in my listing. I cannot accept claims due to difference of shades showing on your monitor, as different monitors are calibrated slightly differently therefore might display the same colors differently. I understand you need to learn carefully about the item before purchasing. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have as I will also do my best in describing each item accurately and honestly.
