• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  On every order: if the amount you pay ends up being more than enough to cover for shipping/paypal fees, I will refund the change, whether it's 5 bucks or a penny. Return/Exchange if the record is scratched or missing something or something like that. If you simply do not like your record send it back and I will send you a tie.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yeah. But you probably want to buy from a distro/store that's in your country to save on shipping. SBR releases are available in Canada (through Deranged), England (Static Shock), and Japan (Nat Records).

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Depends on the size of the package. Typically 1-3/4 records will be shipped via First Class Mail and should arrive in 2-5 days. Packages of 4 or more records will be shipped with Media Mail and will take longer (usually 5-10 days)
