What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or items if something you bought didn't work out, but at this time we do not accept returns for merchandise purchased.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges on items to be exchanged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be sure to add a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.
All merchandised returned for an exchange will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Returns received in worn condition cannot be accepted for exchange and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to deny or refuse an exchange based on the returned condition.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2-8 weeks.
*Please note that personalized hand-stamped orders take an additional 2-4 days to ship since they are made to order
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! However, additional S&H fees apply, as well as an increase in shipping time for customs.

Do you accept custom jewelry design orders?
Yes! Custom design orders are happily welcomed! Fill out a contact information form, located on the left side of the page, with details or questions for your order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for custom designs to be completed.
Can I back order out of stock items?
In most cases, yes! Just fill out a contact information form, located on the left side of the page, with the name and quantity of the item you want to order, and we will let you know if it is available for back order.
